Martin Orthodontics

More Than Just A Smile

Meet the Chiefland Team

Staff

Kim

Orthodontic Assistant/Clinical Coordinator

Kim has worked with Dr. Martin for over 20 years. She assists him in creating beautiful aligned teeth for our patients. She also works in the lab and sterilization room, making sure everything behind the scenes is ready to go, including ordering supplies and making retainers. Kim enjoys helping to transform our patients’ confidence and smiles, and is a true believer that “the world always looks brighter from behind a smile.”

Kim is happily married to her husband, Harold, and has two children, Justin and Shelby. Dog, Lu Lu, and cat, Penelope, round out the house. Outside the office, Kim is a member of the First Baptist Church of Newberry. She loves to go to the beach and spend time with her family and friends.

Sherri

Sherri

New Patient and Financial Coordinator

In addition to helping all our new patients with their financial planning and insurance questions, Sherri also gets to explore her creative side through promoting and preparing our office contests and being the community contact for the local schools and sports programs. Sherri loves that she’s the first person to explain to our patients how we will transform their lives by creating beautiful smiles. Last but not least, she is our computer guru!

Sherri and her husband, Billy Ray, have four children, Rachel, Jessica, Brandi, and Katy Mae, as well as three grand-puppies, Farah, Fritz, and Fiddle. Her free time is spent air-boating and fishing, reading, and spending time with her family. Sherri always tries to enjoy all the little moments in life.

Valerie

Valerie

Schedule Coordinator

Valerie is the friendly, smiling face who greets our patients when they come into the office, and the helpful voice over the phone when scheduling appointments. A true team player, she’s always around to help out wherever needed. Valerie loves sharing in the lives of our patients, especially watching as over the years they grow up into happy, confident young adults.

Valerie and her husband, Kyle, have a son named Grant and a daughter named Grace. She enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, playing baseball, watching most sports, and laughing a lot.
